Firstly, 2 years ago I started a YouTube channel and a few months in I realized the workload I had given myself at the time was unsustainable. So unfortunately I decided to pause it and focus on other projects. Well, I finally feel that now is the right time to bring it back and I can't wait to start sharing with you all over there. It will be a little different from sharing only kitchen witch recipes as it was previously. There will be some of that too (don't worry my fellow kitchen witches!) just more of a mix of spiritual topics to help you live your best most witchy life in practical ways everyday. Such a beautiful spot with an incredible array of occult titles on any topic you could want, including some excellent classics that are not so easily found in the wild. Highly recommend if you are in London. To those of you who live in London, you’re so lucky to have shops like this to help you on your magical journey. A very special place 💚

A little self care magic inspiration for the autumn season! ✨

✨Practice Meditation - autumn can be an amazing time to start new healthy habits and make a little more time for quiet moments of reflection...enter meditation.
✨ Skincare - skincare in general is extra important in these colder months when our skin can become dry and irritated. Consider ways to make your own skincare more magical each day; make a ritual out of it and include incense and crystals, enchant your lotions with intentions, craft some of your own items to imbue some personal magic into them.
✨ Evening Rituals - this can include night time visualization, sleep mists, magical reading, etc. (New full graphic for this coming soon!)
✨ Magical Meals - the darker months is arguably when we have the most time to spend in the kitchen. Crafting magical meals from seasonal whole foods will feed your body, mind, and spirit well all season long.
✨ Self Growth & Shadow Work - this time of year is perfect for inner work and self reflection. Use this quieter period to focus on yourself, heal, and move into spring stronger than ever.
✨ Daily Movement - it is really easy in the colder darker months to stay inside and just be cozy. I get it! But we need to keep our energy moving and flowing throughout this time to avoid negative energy build-up inside our bodies. Remember that exercise provides us free happy hormones which many people need extra of right now.
