Due to the nature of the products being sold which are all digital products, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind. It is very important that you read the product page, title, and description thoroughly as well as view the pictures that are included. This information all provides a very thorough view of what you will be getting with your purchase.
Your purchase would only be eligible for a refund in the following 2 situations:
You accidentally purchased two of the same product. I will happily refund you for the extra purchase. Simply send an email to thewholesomewitch@gmail.com
You find there is a technical problem with your purchase. Prior to requesting a refund please do reach outwith detailed information about the issue. I can most likely assist you if you are having issues accessing the download and can also resend you any pages as necessary. Refund will be issued only if there is no resolution that can be found for the problem which is nearly never the case.
We’re unable to process refunds in the following scenarios:
You no longer feel you require the purchased product.
You’ve simply changed your mind about your purchase.
You don’t have the correct software to open the product. All you will require is a PDF reader installed on your device to properly download and open anything from my digital shop. Most devices will come with this software already installed and if it doesn’t there are free versions available to download online. You bought an item by mistake but my system shows it has already been downloaded.
You feel that the item is of low quality. All of the items are high quality PDF Print quality which are higher resolution with a larger file size.
You are having trouble downloading the product due to insufficient internet or device that cannot handle a large download.
You are unable to provide evidence of a technical issue.
